Micromax FF: Developed for your convenience

Micromax FF will allow the user to blend the product, to transfer the product pneumatically and to create a dust-free environment for employees.

The product has been tested in several field applications in the North Sea and was found to be a proper replacement of Micromax. The new product consist of particles of around 100 micron in diameter, which allow the product to flow from the silo system. Impact with water or oil will redisperse the particles to the unique fine diameter of 1 micron with only a little shear.

Laboratory tests showed that the new Micromax FF product is giving similar slurry and fluid characteristics as the ordinary Micromax product. The rheology figures are even further reduced when using Micromax FF.
