Philippe Revil 
Business Manager. Philippe's engineering studies were in physics and communication systems (France and Canada). He started off as field-engineer for Schlumberger in Asia, Middle-East and South America. He then moved on to several marketing and project management positions within the same company. Philippe joined Elkem Materials in 2003 as Technical Manager. Hobbies: Oilfield cementing (yes, it can be fun!), computers, gadgets, and taking his kids to their preferred sport games, ice hockey (not much time left for anything else!)

Chris Steele 
Technical and Sales Mgr. Drilling Fluid, Chris Steele is responsible for further development of Elkem's drilling fluid chemical business.
Chris has almost 30 years experience in the oilfield industry and has worked for companies such as Baroid, Nam and most recently was employed by PDO as Senior Drilling Chemist. He has worked in Abu Dhabi, Albania, Egypt, Greece, Netherlands, Oman, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, UK & USA. He is based in his hometown of St. Andrews, Scotland.

Frank Vidar Rostøl 
Frank started his career as technical assistant at Elkem Materials in 1996. His focus areas within Elkem Materials are : QA/QC – Microblock HT, oilwell cement testing, testing of existing and new products related to the oil industry, and sample production for external and internal customers, to name just a few. In addition to being responsible for sales and support for oilfield cementing activities in Europe, he is also responsible for equipment and projects in Kristiansand, including the operation and maintenance of the oilwell lab's equipment.
He and his partner have two daughters and one son.

Abdel Belmahi 
General Manager, Elkem Oilfield Chemicals FZCO. Abdel comes from Schlumberger where he was Operations Manager for North Africa. He is 35 years old, a French/Algerian national, has an engineering background and speaks French, Arabic, English and Spanish fluently.
